At risk of sounding dramatic, Kim has quite literally changed our lives. We have always struggled getting our patterdale terrier x cocker spaniel Boo to settle for any length of time at home which has been a major source of stress for both us and her. In addition to providing the tools we needed to work through our issues, Kim also helped us to identify the real root causes of Boo’s behaviour and totally changed our understanding of how her brain works. She was also incredibly understanding of how difficult it can be to regularly train and stay consistent when life gets hectic. We now have a dog who happily chills in my home office, or on the sofa in the evening, snoring away…something we’d almost begun to believe would never be possible for us. Boo is still a handful (we wouldn’t have it any other way), but Kim had made us better dog parents and totally changed how we now view any ‘issues’ and how we approach managing them.

I highly recommend Kim to anyone that needs some help with a nervous or anxious dog.

My rescue dog has a fear of strangers, but with Kim's help she's come on leaps and bounds. I've a better understanding of how to read her signals and body language so that I can anticipate situations and try to avoid her getting over anxious.

Kim is full of knowledge and tips and has made both mine and my dogs life less stressful!

Kim has been brilliant helping us to train our Black Lab, Arthur. She is engaging, positive and clear in her guidance and training. It’s so helpful to understand what triggers the dog’s behaviours, and learning how to avoid a problem before it happens.
We are much more confident in our ability to train Arthur, and are indebted to Kim for her help and support.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- thanks Kim!

Kim has been so helpful with our Labrador Ruby, who has the rather unpleasant habit of eating poop Kim helped us work out what the underlying reasons might be and advised us on how to train Ruby to come away from any “snacks” she might find when out walking. After modifying her diet slightly and a few weeks of training things are so much better!

We weren’t able to see Kim in person due to Lockdown but we found chatting to her on Zoom just as helpful.

We’d highly recommend Kim to anyone struggling with problem behaviour!

Our rescue dog is Violet (left) is dog reactive and it was important to us that she was able to be friendly with a family dog so she could be best looked after. Kim helped us carefully introduce the two and gave us great tips and strategies to work on with them together.

We’re over the moon with the progress they have made, Violet used to bark at Derek the Labrador even from a distance, but today, after weeks small steps and careful meet-ups they were nose to nose with big helpings of chasing and playing together. We are all over the moon!
